History

Carp Building Structures, Inc. was formed in 1997 to design and manufacture a better modular structure at a competitive price.

CBSI began as an outgrowth of Carpenter Construction of New England. Through their years of hands-on experience setting all types of modular structures, Carpenter Construction principals became convinced they could manufacture a product significantly superior to what was then on the market. They set about forming CBSI, which soon began successfully offering structures with a high value/cost ratio.

The company now brings its real-world-tested design enhancements, productivity increases, and overall quality advances to every project. The result is modular and mobile structures that meet or exceed industry standards and are convenient to erect yet able to perform well under all expected conditions. All CBSI buildings are designed and manufactured to function superlatively, during installation and for many years thereafter.

CBSI specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing each unit to client specifications. Doing so at a competitive price has allowed CBSI to grow and vie effectively with the top builders in the industry.
