CBSI has recently completed two notable projects — for prestigious Yale University in New Haven, CT, and for the Methuen Housing Authority in Massachusetts.

In just seven months during 2002, in cooperation with Centerbrook Architects & Planners LLC, Carp Building Structures, Inc., provided Yale University with an 11,659-square-foot building comprising faculty offices, areas for leisure and study, and rooms for administration, research, presentations and meetings, and education.

The structure meets or exceeds university needs and stringent local codes, and it was completed in less than half the time university planners had projected.
