Methuen Housing Authority:

The new MHA administrative building

In just 165 days during 2002, in cooperation with Jeffrey J. Cook Architects, Inc., Carp Building Structures, Inc., provided the Methuen, MA, Housing Authority with a brand new, permanent administrative center. The 4,800-square-foot structure provides spaces for tenant interviews and relations, lobby and reception, filing and storage, and accounting, plus conference rooms and a director's office.

The structure meets or exceeds client needs and all local codes. And, like the Yale University project, it was completed in less than half the time the clients had estimated.
