In just seven months during 2002, Carp Building Structures, Inc. in cooperation with Centerbrook Architects & Planners LLC provided Yale University with an 11,659-square-foot building comprising faculty offices, areas for leisure and study, and rooms for administration, research, presentations and meetings, and education.

The structure meets or exceeds university needs and stringent local codes — and it was completed in less than half the time university planners had projected.
